Terms of Service.

LAST UPDATED: APRIL 23, 2026.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClearSite Construction website and the content made available on it. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

ClearSite Franchising, LLC ("ClearSite," "we," "us," or "our") may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Use of the website.

The ClearSite website is provided for informational purposes to help General Contractors, Project Managers, and Site Superintendents evaluate our post-construction cleaning services and submit bid inquiries.

2. Bid requests and form submissions.

Submitting a bid request or any other form on this website does not create a contract, offer, or binding commitment between you and ClearSite. Bid requests are initial inquiries only. Any engagement between ClearSite and a General Contractor is governed by a separately executed written agreement.

3. Intellectual property.

All content on this website — including copy, imagery, design, code, logos, and brand marks — is owned by ClearSite Franchising, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

4. Third-party links.

The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by ClearSite. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Linking to a third party does not imply endorsement.

5. Disclaimers.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." ClearSite makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearSite and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ClearSite Franchising, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

8. Contact.

Questions about these Terms should be directed to ClearSite via our contact page.
