This work occurs after the majority of construction trades have completed their scopes. Rough Clean — 75–90% completion

Debris removal, initial dust removal, surface preparation, basic cleaning to support finishing trades, and jobsite safety preparation.

Final Clean — 100% completion

Detailed surface cleaning, window cleaning, appliance and fixture polishing, floor cleaning, and interior finishing cleanup — the building is prepared for inspection and owner walkthroughs.

Touch-Up Clean — pre-turnover

Punch-list cleanup, spot cleaning, dust removal from re-entering trades, and move-in preparation so the project can close without delay.
